Our Background

Anne L. Anastasi

Anne is the President of Troon Management Corp which has been headquartered in Hatboro, Pennsylvania since she opened it in 1996. She graduated with honors from Colgate University and holds the highest designations in the title insurance industry for both Pennsylvania (Certified Land Title Professional CLTP) and in the nation (National Title Professional NTP). Anne was the first female president of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association and only the second female president of the American Land Title Association, the country’s national voice for the industry.

As one of the leading experts on the federal compliance rules for the creation and operation of affiliated title arrangements, Anne was asked to assist in the rewriting of a state’s controlled business statute. State regulators have asked Anne to train their enforcement staffs who are tasked with determining the legitimacy of compliant joint ventures.

During her tenure as president of the American Land Title Association Anne’s testimony before the US House Financial Services Committee prompted the Washington post to call her “someone to watch.”

In 2012 Anne was featured on a segment of the Lifetime Television series Designing Spaces where she described the importance of the owner’s title insurance policy and walked the viewers through the closing process.

She is a national speaker addressing bar associations, state departments of insurance, real estate and banking, real estate associations, lending groups and has been the keynote speaker at over 40 state title insurance conventions. Anne published a book on the art of public speaking entitled, “Fearless Public Speaking” which has been reviewed as a “must-read” for all businesspeople by Rick Wolff, Editorial Director for Warner Business Book.

Denise Paone

Denise has been an accountant for 22 years for Troon Management. She handles all the financial reporting and daily accounting tasks for several companies such as, payment processing, income, deposits, wire transfers, payroll, bank reconciliations and tax reporting. She is the system administrator for all the banking activity and Ramquest closing software. She prepares and participates in internal and agency audits for compliance. Denise looks forward to the challenges of resolving any issues to help make the offices run smoothly.

In her free time, Denise likes to give back to her community by volunteering at the local food pantry. Denise is an avid hiker and one of her passions is to visit national parks across the country with her US Marine Corp daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family, grandchildren and her pet rescue pit bull, Rocky.
